Paula is a Certified Nutrition Coach and a Certified Menopause Specialist with firsthand experience navigating perimenopause. She helps women reclaim their energy, confidence, and strength through sustainable lifestyle habits—combining nutrition, strength training, and mindful movement. Passionate about empowering women in midlife, Paula brings warmth, humor, and practical strategies to every coaching session.
Raeann Wright
Raeann is a Certified Nutrition Coach, PT and Group Fitness Coach specializing in menopause health. With extensive experience guiding women through the hormonal and lifestyle changes of midlife, she focuses on building strong habits, improving energy, and creating balance in daily life. Raeann’s coaching is grounded in science, empathy, laughter and real-world solutions that women can actually follow.
Program Overview &
Your Investment in You
Length: 12 weeks (Sept 1 – Nov 23, 2025), Kick off call on Tuesday September 2nd, 2025.
Format: Weekly live group coaching calls on Zoom, plus access to a private support community where you can ask questions, share wins, and get encouragement.
Tools Included: Full access to our app for tracking habits, logging progress, and following guided workouts—so you always know exactly what to do next.
Investment: $120/month (ca. 105 €/month)
Early Bird Bonus: Sign up by Friday, August 29th and receive a bonus 30-minute 1:1 coaching session.
$120 per month = $4 per day
